Whilst MJN Legal specialises in all levels of legal recruitment, since our inception we have worked closely with a number of trainee solicitors guiding them through the Newly Qualified process. We often partner with the Manchester Trainee Solicitors Group offering NQ talks for their members.

When you are approaching qualification, this can be particularly daunting as many trainees do not find out if they are successful in securing a role at their current firm until roughly 3-6 months prior to their qualification date. Trainee Solicitors we speak to often feel in limbo and appreciate the impartial advice we give whether they are looking to leave their training firm or stay.
