We provide honest and impartial advice about your options in the legal market and how best to achieve your career goals. We recognise the faith you will place in us by putting your career in our hands and we never underestimate the importance of making the right decision for your next move.
When speaking to candidates, we take the time to fully understand what is important to them from a move and why; this ensures we provide the options we believe to be the most beneficial. We strive to be consultative and always have our candidates’ best interests at heart. There may be times when we advise candidates against applying for certain roles/firms because from our experience, we believe that culturally it won’t be the right fit for them.
We’ll guide you every step of the way through the recruitment process, offering the following:
- Up to date market information, including the latest salaries
- Provide an overview of the legal market
- Assistance in creating/updating your CV
- Provide bespoke interview preparation tailored for each firm/role/partner you meet
It is important to note that all conversations with our candidates are confidential and we understand the need to be discrete whilst you are considering your options. We will give you constructive and impartial advice on offers you receive and negotiate effectively on your behalf to ensure you get the best possible remuneration package.
